I spent well over $1,500 for this TV. I was pleased overall but then, in 2 years time, the remote broke. Since it was past warranty, LG required me to buy a new remote. Although I ordered the AN MR650 remote that goes with the set, LG sent me the AN MR700 instead with no explanation. When I called, they advised that the MR650 is no longer in stock but that the MR700 is just fine. Well itÕs not. IT DIES NOT PAIR WITH THIS MODEL!!!!! So, the ONLY remote that works with this model is one they no longer make. As this TV is controlled only via remote, this has rendered my expensive 2 year old TV useless. Thanks LG for your expensive but POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!! I will never buy from you again. You lost a customer!!!!

Was told it was best tv ever by Best Buy For a year no problems but now right after warranty expires the problems appears. Turns off by itself after every 2 mins Not running hot or too many programs at a time and no timers set at allWas told by customer reps that they never heard of the issue and was not about to help.I looked it up and there are 20,000 reported people with the same problems, the TVs been out for only 3 years and they said it never happened before, what a sham of a company. Will never buy any lg ever again

The LG C6P OLED was in my opinion one of the best Òbudget friendlyÓ OLEDs in 2016.While the curved screen isnÕt for everyone, I however think it gives off a very sophisticated look. The TV looks high end, itÕs crazy thin and not only looks like a masterpiece but gives off a phenomenal picture. The reason I chose this over the flat B6P model was because the C6P had a better handling on motion but also supported 3D. I absolutely believe that passive 3D was made to be on a 4K OLED. Now not only does it give off a clear picture than its 1080p counterparts but the 3D depth is... WOW!Now, for the down sides. While the 2016 LG OLEDs does support Dolby Vision HDR, itÕs not fully supported and isnÕt listed as supported by Dolby. If you connect an Xbox One S/X, your Xbox will inform you that you are connected to a TV that supports an older version of Dolby. This means that either LG needs to update their TVs to work with newer versions (which if it hasnÕt happened in 2018 itÕs not going to happen) or external devices like the Xbox One for example need to update their devices to work for older versions Dolby Vision. At this point of time, finding a 2016 model for sale will be next to impossible. However, if you do and your debating on pulling the trigger... if the price is reasonable and cheaper than any of the other OLEDs on the market at the time I definitely will recommend you pull the trigger and get this TV.
